Okatsune Sharpening Stone

This low profile whetstone has been designed to fit easily between the blades of open shears, allowing for swift maintenance/sharpening of the tool.  One side is rounded with finished radius for convenience.  
When sharpening any type of shears, only sharpen the small area of cutting edge but not the entire blade.  Attempt to sharpen the entire blade may alter the delicate profile of the blade it self, severely affecting the cutting performance.  Sharpening instructions with illustrations are included.
